According to BlockBeats on August 10th, BNB Chain DeFi protocol Lista DAO launched a yield program for slisXAUE, a gold-based asset. This token was launched in partnership with XAUE Protocol. Users deposit XAUT, which Lista can then use to participate in XAUE and package it as slisXAUE. Currently, slisXAUE itself offers approximately 3% native annualized yield.

The slisXAUE Gold Campaign Phase 1 will launch on August 10th and last for 60 days. During the campaign, the top 10 time-weighted average holding addresses will receive an additional 5% APY, which, combined with the native yield, will result in a maximum annualized return of approximately 8%. Participants need to maintain an average of at least 20 slisXAUE throughout the campaign. Rankings are calculated based on the 60-day time-weighted average holding, not simply the holding amount at any given point in time.

The total reward cap for the event is 10,000 USDT worth of XAUT, with each address eligible for a maximum reward of 1,000 USDT worth of XAUT. Rewards are automatically awarded to eligible users and do not require manual claiming.

According to BlockBeats, on August 10, the International Business Times reported that prominent crypto investor Harry Yeh fell to his death from approximately 30 stories high in a luxury residential building in Asunción, the capital of Paraguay.

Local police received a call around 4:30 a.m. on Friday and subsequently found Yeh's body at the bottom of a Jade Park apartment building. Reports indicate that her body was naked and covered with a black plastic bag, having fallen approximately 100 meters.

Police then investigated Yeh's apartment on the 30th floor, finding the door open and the interior in disarray, but no one else was found at the scene. Police also collected evidence from two other apartments on the 27th and 30th floors connected to Yeh, and submitted the relevant evidence to the prosecution.

Police have not yet determined why Yeh fell. His 29-year-old Brazilian partner was questioned by police, but has not been charged with any misconduct. Yeh's body has been sent to the judicial morgue for an autopsy, and police are awaiting the forensic results.

Yeh began investing in Bitcoin in 2013, when its price was around $60. He subsequently founded Quantum Fintech Group, venturing into digital assets and blockchain projects, and participating in projects such as LIF3, L3 Reserve, and Tomb Finance. He and his company have claimed to manage or invest over $2 billion in digital assets, but this data has not been independently verified. The case is currently under investigation.
