According to CoinWorld, Perceptron is addressing a critical bottleneck in AI training data by converting idle bandwidth into AI training data. This decentralized data infrastructure platform aims to counter centralized technological monopolies that block early-stage developers' access to high-quality information through user-crowdsourced network information.
