Huoxun Finance reports that Movement has made a strategic investment in Stableyard, a full-stack stablecoin commercial infrastructure. This investment will provide operational support to Stableyard, including merchant onboarding and ecosystem integration, and plans to fully integrate Stableyard's payment stack onto the Movement network to promote the practical application of stablecoins in compliant, seamless, and high-scale scenarios. Furthermore, Stableyard's consumer application, DopePay, is currently on a waiting list, supporting QR code scanning and Tap-to-Pay payments.

Bitcoin's major short-term implied volatility (IV) is around 35%, and ETH's major short-term IV is around 50%, with both medium- and long-term implied volatility slightly decreasing. Major options data shows that Skew is relatively stable and has increased slightly, indicating a neutral market sentiment. Only 5% of options expired this week, resulting in extremely low options activity, and futures trading volume reached a historical low. At the end of May, the holdings were around 20%, and at the end of June, they were around 30%, with relatively inactive block trading. According to Huoxun Finance, the Arbitrum DAO voted to approve a proposal to release frozen ETH, with a approval rate of 90.96%. The proposal requests Arbitrum governance to approve the release of 30,765.67 ETH frozen by the Arbitrum Security Committee on April 21st, and to transfer the funds to a 3/4 multisignature wallet jointly controlled by Aave Labs, KelpDAO, EtherFi, and Certora. This address will be used specifically for recovery work after receiving the frozen ETH.

In the past hour, total liquidations across the network reached $12.60 million, with $11.00 million from long positions, with $1.60 million from short positions. BTC liquidation $5.78 million, ETH liquidation $4.69 million.

According to Huoxun Finance, the GnosisDAO community has released a proposal allowing GNO holders to redeem their proportionally entitled treasury shares. This proposal aims to support GNO holders in exchanging their tokens for a proportionally allocated share of the GnosisDAO treasury. Holders who do not participate in the redemption will retain their GNO and enjoy all economic benefits from the continued operation of the DAO. Related liquid and semi-liquid treasury assets will be allocated according to net asset value. Illicit off-chain investments and enterprise value will be processed through the synthetic gLTD-CLAIM token. This token grants redeemers a fixed percentage of future dividends from the aforementioned asset pool if any capital deployed by the DAO reaches the principal recovery threshold after redemption. Redeemed GNO will be burned, permanently reducing the effective circulating supply. As of press time, the proposal currently has a 64.81% opposition rate.
