Odaily Planet Daily reports that Bit Digital has announced a $100 million deferred withdrawal term loan facility to a subsidiary of WhiteFiber, a provider of artificial intelligence infrastructure and high-performance computing in which it holds a majority stake. This facility, which can be expanded to $150 million with mutual agreement, is designed to support WhiteFiber's recent expansion plans in high-performance computing and artificial intelligence. Bit Digital expects the funds under this facility to be provided, in whole or in part, through an Ethereum-denominated secured credit facility. This arrangement allows Bit Digital to earn the funding spread on the loan assets while maintaining its Ethereum exposure. Bit Digital has now completely exited the Bitcoin mining business. Stevens stated that KYC is only applicable to early testing of new Beta products for a limited number of users; no existing products will require additional KYC, and KYC will not be required after the Beta phase ends. Polymarket currently faces access restrictions in several jurisdictions, including banning users from placing orders or only allowing closing positions. Brazil blocked 27 prediction market platforms, including Polymarket and Kalshi, in April, and the Spanish gambling regulator restricted local users' access to Polymarket and Kalshi in May. According to Huoxun Finance, Push Labs Ltd and Push Virtual Assets Ltd, UK subsidiaries of Aave Labs, have received approval from the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to register as local cryptocurrency trading service providers. Aave stated that the licenses allow Push to conduct regulated cryptocurrency and payment-related business in the UK. In addition to cryptocurrency registration, Push has also been approved to issue electronic money under electronic money regulations. The two companies have obtained FCA registration numbers 1031720 and 1031721 respectively, and anti-money laundering regulations are subject to the Anti-Money Laundering and Funds Transfers Regulations 2017.

According to Huoxun Finance, crypto analyst Axel Adler Jr. stated that the simultaneous inflow of BTC into exchanges and the outflow of stablecoins from exchanges is signaling "risk aversion," indicating increasing selling pressure in the market. Data shows that the 30-day net inflow of BTC into exchanges has shifted from an extreme net outflow of 300,000 BTC at the end of March to an inflow of 103,000 BTC, with more BTC flowing back into exchanges in preparation for sale. During the same period, the price of BTC fell from $80,000 to $73,700. Meanwhile, stablecoins are flowing out of centralized exchanges at a record rate, with their 30-day net inflow average shifting from a daily inflow of $164 million at the end of April to a daily outflow of $153 million, indicating a decrease in market liquidity available for buying BTC. Axel Adler Jr. points out that when BTC flows into exchanges and stablecoins simultaneously flow out of exchanges, it creates an unfavorable structure of "increased supply and decreased demand," a typical risk-averse market condition. They believe that if net BTC inflows continue to exceed +100,000 BTC, the market may face a deeper correction; while stabilizing signals include BTC turning into net outflows again, or stablecoins flowing back into trading platforms.
