Custodia has filed a petition with the U.S. Supreme Court to advance its six-year main account dispute with the Federal Reserve.
Odaily Planet Daily reports that Custodia Bank has filed a petition for review with the U.S. Supreme Court, seeking confirmation of whether regional Federal Reserve bank presidents have the authority to refuse to provide master account services to institutions. Custodia Bank had repeatedly applied for a master account with the Federal Reserve, but was rejected in 2023 due to significant security and robustness risks posed by its novel business model and proposed focus on crypto assets. Custodia Bank subsequently appealed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, which ruled in favor of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City in 2024. The U.S. Supreme Court will decide whether to hear the case in October. (Bitcoin.com News)
A suspected hacker-linked address spent $11.59 million to buy 6,358 ETH.
According to BlockBeats, on July 12, Onchain Lens monitoring revealed that two on-chain addresses, suspected to belong to the same entity, purchased 6,358 ETH for approximately 11.59 million DAI, with an average transaction price of approximately $1,823.
Onchain Lens stated that the funds in question may have belonged to hackers, and the addresses currently involved are:

0x5657de5CeBC75eca6B97a99A864a3ef07ed11e55

According to Onchain Lens monitoring, two wallets (0x18B...E66 and 0x565...e55) suspected of being linked to the same entity and whose funds may belong to a hacker spent 11.59 million DAI to buy 6,358 ETH at a price of $1,823.
