Iranian Foreign Ministry: An agreement has been reached in 18 hours of negotiations; Qatar and Pakistan will release the outcome document.
According to Iran's Tasnim News Agency, a spokesperson for the Iranian Foreign Ministry stated that a document will be formally submitted as the outcome of the 18-hour negotiations. According to CoinWorld, Arthur Hayes stated in an interview with Cointelegraph that he has liquidated his positions in altcoins such as HYPE, NEAR, and Worldcoin. He reflected on his previous macroeconomic predictions, believing that current fiat currency liquidity has not flowed into Bitcoin but rather into the AI sector. He pointed out that the AI narrative currently faces three problems: the most intractable issue of energy prices, the risk of a potential reversal in US policy, and the massive IPOs of giants like Anthropic and OpenAI draining liquidity. He stated that a 50% drop in AI prices does not necessarily mean people will have funds to buy Bitcoin; Bitcoin would then be "indiscriminately dumped like bathwater." Given these risks, he decided to exit the market.
