Vitalik has mostly completed his role on the tech side. Because he does not actively drive new liquidity, Ethereum price performance has been relatively limited. The good news is that his vision of Ethereum as a neutral public good makes it appealing for TradFi. And within the ETH community, business-minded leaders are stepping up to handle this liquidity game.
