Meter is DeFi infrastructure with built-in stable coins. It solves the following problems for the DeFi industry: 
1. Lack of native asset currency with stable value; 
2. The transaction performance is too low, and the transaction cannot be confirmed immediately; 
3. Decentralized financial business only exists in the Ethereum ecosystem, and it is difficult to realize cross-chain problems at the original asset end. 
Meter uses PoW to mine and issue stablecoins to generate the underlying native assets of the DeFi system, leveraging cross-chain technology to enable the DeFi industry to scale its business. MTR is a native cryptocurrency with long-term stable purchasing power in the Meter system. Provide value support and base pricing units for DeFi products established within the Meter system. 
MTRG is the governance token for the Meter system. Meter system users can verify transactions in the Meter system by pledging MTRG tokens, and participate in voting and management of ecological affairs.
