阶段 1：社区销售：此次销售为期两周（9 月 21 日至 10 月 2 日），旨在确保更多的代币持有者和所有用户安全分配代币。此次交易的上限是每位用户 10,000 Flow （1,000 美元），价格与前 VC 支持者的价格和条款相同。社区销售令牌的总锁定期为两年，其中第一年年底 50％的令牌被解锁，第二年剩余的令牌线性解锁。

阶段 2：拍卖
9 月 24 日开始进行拍卖保证金存入和竞标，注册用户可以在 12 天的时间内针对 2％的创始区块（2500 万流量代币）提交竞标。第二阶段没有购买者上限，并且允许更大的参与者参与价格发现，以分配剩余的代币。拍卖令牌还需要进行 1 年锁定，第一年末将获得 100％的令牌。
拍卖统计：1）筹集了 950 万美元；2）每个代币 0.38 美元的收盘价；3）提交了超过 1,000 个投标（700 个中标者）
