Deeper Network, founded in June 2018, is a silicon Valley-based Network security company that builds decentralized networks based on Polka Substrate framework and combines blockchain, Network security and Network sharing technologies. Deeper Network built on Polkadot. The Parity committee approved Deeper Network over other applications, It was officially selected into Substrate Builder Program (Development of blockchain Infrastructure Framework Program) to construct Substrate related key Infrastructure Track. This marks that Deeper Network has officially joined Boca Ecology. Deeper Network is committed to building a truly decentralized security gateway as part of the future Web 3.0 infrastructure. Deeper Network will be every home's window to Web 3.0. Parity led Substrate Builders Program aims to provide technical, community, financial, business development and other support to outstanding Substrate Builders teams in the Substrate ecosystem to facilitate rapid growth and development. 
DPR is a native token of Deeper Network. It fuels the Deeper Network ecosystem. The value of DPR comes from users' use of network decentralized services and applications, as well as the incentive of network mortgage and mining rewards. This creates a self-sustaining decentralized economy, but with further planned development of interoperability with other ecosystems, DPR will become useful in different ecosystems. The total supply of DPR is capped at $10 billion, 60% of which is reserved as a mining reward for Extended Network users.
