Exchange rate will fluctuate mainly, but the main purpose will be solely for to acquire BORA “Shell”, which will be used within the platform among various services, including, game, health care service, music streaming. The reason that we using a Layer-2 network is to overcome the existing issues from Ethereum network, performance, scalability and the gas fee problem, which doesn’t suit for micro transaction requiring services such as games.
