To me it’s the same. There’s counterparty risk at every leg. Wire $ to exchange A Move BTC to exchange B That’s already two counterparites, three if you count your bank. And there is price exposure while moving BTC to arb. My point is there will be investors that are fine with duration risk. If you’re not just HODLing, everything is risk.
