9 月 24 日开始进行拍卖保证金存入和竞标，注册用户可以在 12 天的时间内针对 2％的创始区块（2500 万流量代币）提交竞标。第二阶段没有购买者上限，并且允许更大的参与者参与价格发现，以分配剩余的代币。拍卖令牌还需要进行 1 年锁定，第一年末将获得 100％的令牌。
